Take a video of the package opening and clear pictures of any damaged or faulty items.

Include the reason for the return, your order number, and the names of the items you're returning in the email.
Ensure the items are still in their original packaging with the seal intact.
Once we receive the returned product, we will issue you a coupon for the same value as the returned item.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We typically dispatch orders within 2 to 3 business days, so it’s important to notify us immediately if you wish to cancel. Cancellations depend on whether the order has been shipped. Since orders are generally processed quickly, please contact us right away if you’d like to cancel.
